IDX for AI-built real-estate sites

MLS listings for the site your AI just built.

GalaxyIDX puts your MLS listings on your own domain, sends buyer leads to your inbox, and builds in the MLS display rules. Your AI coding agent does the install through a WordPress plugin, an API or MCP.

Photos are never cropped.Contained on a neutral ground, nothing drawn over them, attribution as large as the listing text. That is the MLS rule, so it is the default.

Who it's for

Agents and brokers whose websites are built with AI.

You built the site in an afternoon. The listings shouldn't take a sales call, an iframe and a month of setup. GalaxyIDX is the IDX your agent can read about, install and verify on its own, so you only do the part that needs a person: your broker's signature.

What it does

Listings that rank, leads that land, rules that hold.

01 · Your domain

MLS listings on your own domain

Every listing gets a real page, rendered on your server and served from your address. Visitors stay on your site, and the page is yours in search.

02 · Search

SEO and AI-search ready

Listing schema, breadcrumbs, a sitemap of only the pages you may index, and clean text that AI answer engines can read.

03 · Leads

Leads to your inbox

Tour requests, questions and price alerts arrive by email, tagged with the site and the listing. Delivery to a CRM (Lofty today) or a signed webhook is set up with our help for now.

04 · Compliance

MLS rules, handled

The data rules are enforced by the API, so no client can switch them off. The display rules are rendered by default by the WordPress plugin and spelled out for AI agents in the docs.

Enforced by the API

  • Stale data (over 12 hours) withheld
  • Off-market listings removed right away
  • Newest-first order, no paid placement
  • Objective search filters (Fair Housing)
  • No automated value estimates in the data
  • Only the listings your site may show

Rendered by default by the plugin

  • Listing firm, MLS logo and disclaimer shown
  • "Last updated" on every listing page
  • Photos resized only, never cropped
  • Gone listings answer 410

How it works

Three steps. One of them needs a person.

  1. Your broker authorizes the MLS feed

MLS data is licensed. Your broker of record signs the MLS's IDX authorization for your site, and you record it in the dashboard. The signature has to be theirs.

    Done by: your broker
  2. Connect with the plugin, API or MCP

Your AI agent reads the docs and installs it. Keys stay on your server, never in the page.

    • WordPress plugin
    • HTTP API
    • MCP server
  3. Listings and leads go live

Once the MLS approves, listing pages appear on your domain and new leads start arriving where you told them to go.

Lead capture

A tour request, in your inbox, with the context attached.

Visitors pick a day and a time of day; you confirm the exact time. Each lead arrives with the listing, the page and the site it came from.

  • Email to any inbox. Route every site to one inbox, or each site to its own. CRM (Lofty) or webhook delivery is set up with our help for now.
  • Email updates start unchecked. A visitor opts in only by ticking the box.
  • No text-message consent box. Texting is off, so forms never ask for it.
  • Leads are never dropped. If delivery fails, it is retried, and the lead stays in your account.
